We would be thrilled to have you join as at Wind Down Wednesday this year! Please review the 2025 Vendor Handbook below to become familiar with our festival structure and vendor requirements. If everything looks good to go, you can submit an application by following the links in the section below labeled "Vendor Types".

Vendor Types

What kind of products or food are you looking to vend?

Product & Service Vendors:

Products or services that are handmade or performed by the person vending the products.

This Includes:

  • Jewelry Artists

  • Wood Workers

  • Massage Therapists

  • etc.

Products or services that are not handmade or performed by the person vending the products.

This Includes:

  • Mass Produced Items

  • Items Made From Non-Handmade Materials

  • etc.

Food & Drink Vendors:

All vendors who sell food that are not a restaurant or licensed food vendor.

This Includes:

  • Baked Goods

  • Confections

  • Farmers Market

  • etc.

All vendors who sell food that are a restaurant or licensed food vendor.

This Includes:

  • Restaurants

  • Hot Dog Vendor

  • Catering Company

  • etc.

Nonprofit

Vendors:

Our team chooses one non-profit or community group working towards a goal or community project, to spotlight for each festival date. All other organizations need to apply under any of the other vendor categories above, or become a booth sponsor to participate with a vendor booth.
